Have an Issue with your Garment? No problem!!
Travel wears Quality issue:
- If you find any issue with product quality such as Misprinting or any sort of damage on your travel wear during shipment, you can communicate the same to us by E-mailing / DM on Instagram directly. Just remember to do so within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Garment sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc) are finalized after a lot of research and we do not anticipate any issue if you have chosen the correct size. Still, if you find any problem, feel free to contact us. We will investigate the sizing issue and get back to you.
- To take care of Hygiene, we may refuse to accept the returned travel wear if it is evident that it was washed/worn, or ironed. To maintain hygiene, we may refuse to return of few products.
How does the return process work?
- We do not have a reverse shipping facility. If the return of travel wear is required,
- Contact us as mentioned above
- Send the garment to us at the shipping address provided by us during our communication. Rs.100 shall be refunded to you as compensation for courier charges (After receipt of the garment in required wearable condition at our warehouse). Please choose a reputed courier service provider and confirm before dispatching that they deliver to our address.
Refund / Exchange Policy on returned garment
- We are more than happy to exchange your travel wear to compensate for your disappointment. However, if you wish to have a refund, you are welcome. Refunds shall reflect in your account within 7-10 working days after the product is received at our place. Please note that in case of refund/ Exchange, the travel wear which is already delivered to you needs to be self-shipped to us at the provided address. Self-shipping charges of 100/- shall be refunded to you after receipt of the garment in required wearable condition at our warehouse.
-Travel wear may return to origin (RTO) in case of incomplete/incorrect postal address, Customer not reachable, Unavailability of COD amount, Denial of acceptance at the time of delivery, or Door/Premises/office is closed. In this case, refunds are not applicable. If possible, we will try to reattempt the delivery else the garment will be returned to our warehouse. RTO garments will be delivered once again within 15-20 working days after confirmation from the customer.
Cancellation by customer
- How to cancel the order?
If you feel you have done a mistake by placing an order, you can cancel the same by sending us an E-mail / DM on Instagram / Calling us directly.
-What happens if you cancel the order?
If the order which you placed is not processed at our end then it will be canceled and a 100% refund shall reflect within 7-10 working days. If the order has been processed already, the same cannot be canceled.
Cancellation by “The Boarding Pass”
- In case of cancellation by “The Boarding Pass”, a 100% refund will be provided which will reflect within 7-10 working days.
Note: Return or exchange is not applicable to free items like Surprise gifts etc. Delivery time can be different for the Main purchased garments and free garments. Also, the free garments might reach you on a different day than the main garment.
